Who we are

Jones Development is a real estate investment firm that acquires develops and operates commercial assets in the Puget Sound region. We are Seattle natives with a strong network consisting of several generations with long lasting relationships.

Across the state of Washington there is a severe shortage of housing and it is our goal to help meet the demand for affordable housing solutions. We meet this need through the construction acquisition and change of use of raw land and existing assets. In the effort of closing the gap between supply and demand we deploy several strategies which our investors and teams are seasoned with.

Our approach

Our goal is to acquire fundamentally sound commercial assets in markets located in the Pacific Northwest where cap rates are above that of replacement costs. We focus on improving properties through our operations and creative value add approach. Value add and opportunistic deals usually meet the risk and return profile our investors are looking for.

We hedge risk through relying heavily on our architect construction banking property management and broker relationships. These relationships allow us to leverage experience and creativity to maximize returns for investors. We differentiate ourselves from other sponsorship groups through accretive deal structuring creative product development and seasoned construction expertise.
