Reid Jones is a Seattle native with experience in development, syndication, and investment sales. He holds his real estate license at Westlake Associates, where he has access to off-market opportunities and strong Puget Sound brokerage relationships. As principal of Jones Realty, Reid brings a detail-oriented approach to business planning, operational advisory, and construction strategy. 

Reid’s track record includes constructing 35 ground-up apartment units on Capitol Hill, completing the adaptive reuse of a 40-unit hospitality property into multifamily housing in Anacortes, rehabilitating an 18-unit property in Hoquiam and a 20-unit property in Bellingham, and entitling a 37-unit townhome project in Lynnwood through to just before final engineering approval.
