The Crestwood Apartments is a 26-unit acquisition secured at a strong basis of approximately $120,000 per unit, well below comparable market pricing. In partnership with experienced construction and property management teams, we began executing the renovation plan immediately after closing, with unit upgrades already underway and a phased improvement strategy extending through 2027.

The business plan focuses on upgrading interiors, improving building systems, and enhancing the overall look and feel of the property to better compete in the market. As units turn, we are repositioning the asset toward market-rate tenancy while also improving operating efficiency through lower utility usage and better unit mix optimization.
